Celebrate World Wetland Day!
This event is brought to you by the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Environmental Division and hosted at the Nicandri Nature Center.
Other organizations will be present with displays and information about area wetlands including the SRMT with table set-up to discuss Mohawk Cultural Significance of Clan species found in Wetland habitats

*11 am – Beaver Dam Walk and Talk with Jay Wilkins and Brandon Chartrand from the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Environmental Division
*1 pm Presentation w/ Dr. Glenn Johnson, Biology Professor at SUNY Potsdam “Conservation of Wetland-Dependent Turtles in the North Country”
